#304 Uses default Windows My Document

When I installed, it uses the default %
Windrive%:\Documents and Settings\User\Application
Data\My Documents instead of the configured one. For
instance, in my case, I have configured the default My
Documents to be E:\My Documents. It should look this
up and use it when installing.
