#299 Not showing foreign characters

When subscribing to a RSS feed with swedish
characters, the accented characters disappear.
Sändning becomes Sndning. The RSS feed is UTF-8
encoded and language tag says sv-se. See
http://www.riket.com/mgradio/podcast/rss.xml.
