#297 Downloads timeout

When using the new iPodder, I have no trouble
downloading from home or other locations that I have
tried. However, when I am at work, only very small mp3
files make it through. I have no other trouble
downloading via other means. And, the older version of
iPodder worked just fine. Our IT department does not
block mp3 downloads on the firewall.
