#292 windows don't show up when called

iPodder 2.0, Mac OS X 10.3.7

1) When the 'about' window is called up, nothing shows up, just the
'iPodder' item in the menu bar stays highlighted until something else
is clicked on.

2) if all iPodder windows are closed, the app doesn't quit (which is
good) but then I can't get any of the windows back. It'll come back
only if I quit and re launch iPodder.
