#284 Updated files with same name

We here at the North Carolina News Network are trying
to create a podcast to deliver to users the lastest
version of our hourly newscasts. The problem we've run
into is that iPodder won't re-download the mp3 because
it has the same filename, even though it has a newer
pub date in the xml file.

Does iPodder not compare the date of the new files with
the date of the files already downloaded to see if it
is a newer version of the file with the same name? Or
does it see the same file name and just skip it? We
experimented with the ttl tag but that didnt seem to
net any results.

Any help would be appreciated!
