#273 Media Player is not following MIME for MP3

Playing an MP3 file from the interface should NOT be
locked into the Windows Media Player

Repro:
Right click; for Play Episode in Media Player
and the Windows Media Player is invoked

Expect that whatever I have assigned to play MP3 files
should play the content... in this case I have the
RealPlayer.

Either it should be consistent with MIMI type for MP3 or I
should be able to select the Media Player.
(Microsoft didn't tell you to do it this way, did they?)
