#271 iPodder 2.0's Installer Doesn't Work, Error Opening File

I downloaded the iPodder installer from about 5 mirror
sites and all of them don't work. Each of them say,
"Error opening file for writing:
'C:\Program Files\iPodder\iPodder.exe'
Hit abort to abort installation,
retry to retry writing the file, or
ignore to skip this file"

I'm running Windows XP with 6.59 gb of space left.

I've included my installer. Any help would be appreciated.
