#258 Close Red Dot on mac causes Window to close

If on the main window and I click on the yellow minimise dot the
interface minimises back to the dock.

If on the main window I click on the red close dot, the ui closes and
the ipodder lemon remains in the dock with the triangle marker
showing still in memory. There appears to be no way to get the main
UI back again?

I have to quit ipodder and relaunch to get the UI back up.
