#231 OS X, rc2 - bugs

As of rc2 (haven't checked rc3 yet) python doesn't exit when quitting
podder. Have to reboot to re-install or upgrade.
Everything in cleanup doesn't show anything. Have to go feed by
feed.
Click on the red-spot to close window without exiting, HAVE to close
and restart podder to get a window back.

STILL CAN'T PERMANENTLY GET RID OF "PODDER-USERS",
and I can listen to "you rock" only so many times....
