Hello,

I greatly appreciate if anybody can help me on the
following issue. Thanks

I'm testing ipmiutil with Intel Server(SE7520JR2) and
passing data to a java adapter through JNI. It seems
that I get wrong interpretation of the data for FAN
speed when IMM(Intel Management Module) is not on the
motherboard.

The question is why I'm getting different
interpretation for FAN thresholds?

Without IMM
------------
These data is passed by ipmiutil to java adapter:

FAN reading: 5844.54
UpperNonCritical:2172.97
UpperCritical:1883.24

ISSUE: lowercritical and lowernoncritical are
interpreted as 0.0. UpperNonCritical is greater than
UpperCritical. If this was really for upper data,
then UpperNonCritical should be less than
UpperCritical.

NOTE: If IMM is added to motherboard, then FAN
threshold readings are reported for lowercritical and
lowernoncritical and readings for uppercritcal and
uppernoncritical are 0.0

I've installed the Intel IPMI driver and sensor.exe
reports the ipmi version 1.5 if IMM in not in and it
reports 2.0 when IMM is in.

Follwoing is the ipmiutil output without IMM:
