Generic patches for connecting to a BMC over IPv6 in addition to IPv4. Patch is against 1.8.13 sources. IPv6 scope id is now auto detected from the list of interface addresses. Also uses one global function for lan and lanplus interface to set up and connect the socket instead of dublicated code.
