Dear all, First of all, let me thank u. It really helped us. We have succedded in applying ur patch and we got the values correctly. After inserting ipmi_smb_intf, dmesg showed : ipmi message handler version v30 ipmi device interface version v30 IPMI SMB Interface driver version v30 i2c-core.o: driver IPMI registered. smb_attach_adapter: probing i2c addr 42 i2c-core.o: client [IPMI] registered to adapter [SMBus I801 adapter at 0540](pos. 0). ipmi_smb: Error clearing flags: 80 smb_smbus_read_block_data failed: -1 What does the last 2 lines mean actually?
