ipmitool 1.8.14 doesn't allow running 'ekanalyzer frushow' without specifying
a full set of target options (like -I, -H, -U, and -P as appropriate).
ipmitool 1.8.13 allowed that.
The 'ekanalyzer frushow' works on a local file and doesn't need access to
an IPMI-enabled device to operate.
It must be allowed to work without specifying target options in order to allow
for the users to verify their FRU dumps easily.
I would also like to see it function without IPMI device present .
