The DCMI-defined (and recommended) cipher-suite 17 (RAKP-HMAC-SHA256/HMAC-SHA256-128/AES-CBC-128) is not supported by ipmitool.

Hello,

i did some cleanup on the patch #82 from Holger Liebig.
(functionallity tested OK)
I tested this patch some weeks now.
Now i applied to the newest revision (Date: Tue Jan 12 21:16:37 2016 +0500), and created a new diff.

Would be nice to get support of cipher-suite 15+16+17 in ipmitool.

If further cleanup is needed, please tell me.

Ok, let's make this happen in this release. I'm still not happy what I'm seeing in the patch, though.

C++ style comment-outs

commented out code

trailing white-spaces

white-spaces mixed with tabs/wrong indentation

if() block short-hands

I can manage to clean the remaining stuff, thouhg. On the other hand, it would be nice if somebody did it.
