IP Manager / News: Recent posts

I am looking for some modules to create a nifty user-interface.

One in particular would be a php module to display a cool looking graph or pie chart of Netblock utilization. Something that is pretty and flexible as PHP/SWF Charts (http://www.maani.us/charts/index.php), but open-source. Unless someone wants to donate a license to the project...
