#3 Add project priority field

We have dozens of projects in IPM now.

We can only work on maybe 5 at a time, and our boss
changes his mind every couple days as to which those
5 should be.

We need a way to show a projects priority, and let our
boss change that on the fly. It would be nice if it could
sort by priority too.

It would be nice if there was an edit box on for this on
the project edit screen so you can give it a priority of
say '1' or perhaps alpabetically 'a'.

I'd love this feature as well, but perhaps even down to a
task level, I've got so much on my plate, I'd love to be
able to prioritize it
