I donwloaded iPhoney 1.2 on my Leopard iMac with Safari 3.1 installed.
I tried the site
http://iphone.voyance-et-cartomancie.com/
When rotated, the site remains in original ('vertical') style.
However, the same site does adopt to the new viewport properly after a rotate on my iPhone touch.
