Hopefuly i will have the GUI cleaned up and help file complete before kyle returns from band camp!

I have spent a few hours and improved the IPVP web page. Check it out. A change log and screen shots are now on it.

The Ice Phoenix Vocab Program (IPVP) Has released it's first fully stable version and is now to V2 and A LOT more options. The IPVP lets it's user look up lists of vocab words within seconds -- useful for School Vocabulary. Yes, I know, School isn't in session yet, but it will be pretty soon.
