This tool allows one to convert *.lis input files for the MD program EGO (the predecessor of Iphigenie) to the Iphigenie input format (*.iph and *.xml). Usage:
~/bin/lis2xml.gnu.seq <infile (default: ctl.lis)> [<outfile (default: ctl.xml)> ]
Most users will not need this tool.
