I've installed ipgrab for monitoring purposes on the
local net of the organization where I work...
I'm redirecting the results over a file
ipgram -mb eth0 > namefile.dump
and I've created some crontab scripts to compress old
logs...
While I'm in developing environment (Only few
computers connected on the same network collision
domain of the sniffer) all seems to be good, and your
prog. does all the job greatly....
Now that I've connected this sniffer computer over a
greater network segment, ipgrab crash with
segmentation fault after a while (randomly)...
The problem persist if I remove the buffer switch (-
b)... nor directing the output over the screen (or a
file) solve this problem.
I've installed ipgrab with "Debian testing" apt-get
(binary and sources)...

I don't know if the problem is related with debian
sources, I will try with tar.gz sources now...

Thank for your support....
