Release candidate 3 for 4.1.32 has now been tag'd and uploaded.

Version 4.1.31 is now available for download.

I've finally put a tag down marking a checkpoint of all the bugs fixed since 4.1.28. Yeah, I know boring, but what did you expect? Girls doing belly dances?

With a combination of older changes backed out and a couple of new ones patched up, 4.1.28 is now ready!
