#469 pointer to ipv6 frag header not updated on pullup

when a packet is pulled up and the buffer changes, various pointers such as the one to the IP header are updated. when parsing ipv6 fragments, a pointer to the ipv6 fragment header is kept but this was not being updated when a pullup was later done.
