#5 Serial Line

Need a generic serial interface under Linux (and SecOS)
for Perl. That can handle high-speed and low-speed and
error management.

There is a library some what comparable to
WIN32::Serial module but the not the complete
(DeviceSerialPort).

Try to use if we can use it easily.
