#318 On PPS calculation, use sample intervals
The original PPS calculation tried to attempt an instantaneous derivative, sampling that PPS value, and displaying it on -i interval bounds. These seems to confuse. Another approach is to use the sampling interval for the delta time and compute that way. This approach is more intuitive for users. Those that want to approximate and instantaneous value can increase -i to the interval they want.
