#241 iperf client side outputs with burst should mirror server side
The client side outputs with --burst-period would be better if it mirrored the server side outputs. With bursts, the interval start timestamp should align with --burst-period and the interval end timestamp should align with the end of the burst. This provides better information to the tester.
