#8 poisson traffic and measure delay patch

1) Display the delay measurement on the server (original iperf only
measures jitter)
2) Allow the generation of interarrival times respecting an exp-neg
distribution. To enable this feature add the command line option "-E" to
the iperf client

Hi Gerrit,
I tried to apply this patch b.c I need to be able to measure the E2E delay. But it gave me the following errors when I tried to apply the patch:

1 out of 1 hunk ignored -- saving rejects to file include/Locale.h.rej

Do you have any suggestion?
