#5 unexpected characters in XML file

Dear Sir.
I created a billing file using ipdr java classes. The file has
from 0x405 to 0x405 characters inserted the hex
characters 7a 00 00 04. Also, before
<?xml version="1.0" ?> there exist the characters ac ed
00 05

Can you reproduce this with the basic readtool and writetool
samples in the test directory?

The files produced here do not have this problem. It may be
a usage issue with the API vs. a problem in the library. Too
hard to tell from the current information
