IPCop 2.0.5 is released

IPCop 2.0.5 is released

v2.0.5 is an UPDATE only, *NO* installation files.
To install from scratch you will need to install v2.0.3 first,
upgrade to v2.0.4 and then upgrade to v2.0.5

v2.0.5 fixes the 'update is old' information message
and updates the timezone database.
