Category: Interface Improvements (example) Group: None Status: Open Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: David Hodgson (jetojedno) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Multiple subnets through VPN Initial Comment: The IPSec VPN gui prevents adding two VPNs using the same certificates. This prevents defining two VPNs to allow, e.g. access GREEN1-GREEN2 & GREEN1-ORANGE2. Can the gui be changed so the same destination certificate can be used if the destination (gateway) address is the same. That will allow definition of multiple VPNs between two IPCops, which will allow definition of the connections between multiple subnets. Note: this isn't a perfect solution (that would involve defining additional subnets for the single VPN definition) but it's adequate and a small change. Note2: I can confirm that the VPNs as described above will come up and work. I've tried it using manual editing of the ipsec.conf file (attached). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=428519&aid=1730966&group_id=40604 |
