If in your IPCop box the file /etc/host.conf contains the line
then you can just include a line like
in the file /etc/hosts on the IPCop box and that should have the
desired effect. Approximately. Don't be surprised if something
doesn't do what it's expected to do when you do things like this.
Some people consider that posting the same question to multiple lists
