this is the error that i get trying to use the admin cp for ipbwiki.
I've uploaded all the files twice and even tried running the installer again.
nothing seems to help.

As mentioned in another thread, we need to do a new release, as the file got missed out, but for now if you grab the latest copy of that file from Subversion http://ipbwiki.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/ipbwiki/Ipb30/forum/admin/applications_addon/other/ipbwiki/skin_cp/cp_skin_ipbwiki.php and put it in admin/applications_addon/other/ipbwiki/skin_cp/ and also get ipbwiki.php from http://ipbwiki.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/ipbwiki/Ipb30/forum/admin/applications_addon/other/ipbwiki/modules_admin/ipbwiki/ipbwiki.php and put it in /admin/applications_addon/other/ipbwiki/modules_admin/ipbwiki/ that should resolve your issue.
