OK, oddly enough, when duplicating the files it reports are missing to the same folder the files calling for them are, the errors change to :

I don't know if you've just commented out different amounts, but its showing your paths as /home/**/wiki/ for the wiki and /home/**/**.com/forum for the forum, does that mean they're on different parts of the site or even different sites (possibly not, as your second post mentions /home/**/**.com/wiki/)?

Did the IPB part of the installer run okay? Can you remove the files you duplicated, so you've got the forum files in the forum folder, and the wiki files in the wiki folder. Then try running the forum installer again, and then the wiki installer, also make sure the various paths entered are correct.

For what it's worth, you needn't worry about the PHP Notice stuff, only the PHP error lines, the former are known about and we'll try and fix them, but the system works fine even with those warnings.

They are on the same site, different directories. Same machine too.

I already removed the duplicated folders. My server manager is currently trying it out with .16, we actually installed it twice. We both did it, to make sure we did the wiki installation 100% correct. :(

The just released IPBWiki 2.2.3 release should stop all the above warnings from appearing in your logs out of the box.
