I'm hoping that this is possible since I intend to run many wiki's. I'll soon be starting my second wiki and I find myself wondering if it is possible to have both my wiki's to receive import their user data from the same IPB board database? Can ipbwiki do this?

yes should be no problem, this is core functionality.
