My wiki url was incorrect, and there was nowhere to update it aside from the SQL toolbox. Should probably be on the general configuration page.

What exactly was wrong with your wiki URL? Its currently autogenerated in the wiki install script (I assume that ran successfully?). So it would be good to fix that script if you're having issues. Do you possibly have something other than double quotes around some of the bits in your LocalSettings.php?

I was thinking a diagnostics page, which would at least allow you to see it from the ACP could be useful.
