#6 add_topic specify timestamp

I'd like to suggest this as an additional feature to
the add_topic function (and maybew add_post). A news
script of mine grabs news and dates from certain
pages and creates a topic with that content using the
sdk. It would be very useful to me if I could
specify the start date of the topic using the date I
have grabbed from from the news source. This way the
topics will all be listed in order of the correct
news date.
