#5 add_topic specify poster by default

If possible would you be able to incorporate the mod
that allows you to specify the posters name/id rather
than using the logged in users info, into the default
IPBSDK installation? I have had several occasions
where this would have been useful including scripts
that run as cron jobs and need to interact with the
board such as updating news topics etc.
