Android build device files

The git tree is here: https://sourceforge.net/p/ipaq214android/android/

1. First, cd to \<root>/device.
2. Run git clone git://git.code.sf.net/p/ipaq214android/android ipaq214android
3. cd to ipaq214android
4. Follow the instructions in README file before building, or you can get an inverted touchscreen!

Usually necessary files are located in the directory \<root>/device/ipaq214android. However sometimes there requires some hack on other files in order to make something work. For example the input manager for touchscreen calibration and WiFi (awext).
