Value : true/false (Boolean)

Definition : True if synthesis scripts must use the hdl configurations, else false

Usage : sometime a spirit:fileset is dedicated to both simulation and synthesis, contains hdl configuration , but user intent is to use configurations for simulation only.

Note that a more rigorous way would be to create distinct filesets with/without configurations, but this is not always obvious when importing legacy databases.
