IOScat is a port of Netcat's tcp features to run natively on Cisco IOS. This tool is still under active development, and suggestions are welcome.

The original SANS paper was posted as documentation.

Added the services.list file to the download. This will resolve the load error, and also give more verbose descriptions of open and closed ports.
