#124 Documentation Updates Needed

ION Deployment Guide – needs some editing:
- On page 8 there is a nonsensical sentence "There are several values within ION that configured be set as ION starts. "
- On 27 – it talks about promiscuous outducts which are gone as of 3.6.0

ION Design and Operation document:
- There are many references to OPT/BIN, when standard install now puts things in USR/LOCAL/BIN
- no instructions to use "-configure --with-expat" to make AMS use XML amsmib -- instead, it talks about a compile flag to turn EXPAT off. Which is it?

Release-notes.txt:
- Does 3.6.1 run on Macs? the warning from earlier versions has been dropped.

Design Guide and Deployment have been modified, on the misc-3.6.1-fixes feature branch. Changes to ionrc man page are needed, to correct pervasive references to UTC, but that will take some time; deferred to 3.6.3.
