#3 JavaDoc and Error messages.

The JavaDoc and the Error messages is in French. It
would be useful for non French speaking people to have
this in English, especially since all readme docs,
comments in config files, etc. already is.

I know that this probably is a tedious task, but it is
just a request... ;)
