#76 Historical Min/Max Results Display

This patch enables users to view the historical minimum
and maximum results on the Results tab during IO
tests. This is an optional component that may be
enabled or disabled on the Test Setup tab. Users are
able to save the min/max results along with the regular
results as a result of this patch. Information for Iometer
configuration files is also added for loading/saving of
config files.

*This patch also adds two defines to IOCommon.h for
windows compilation of the MacOSX port, and includes
an update from Rick Altherr to IOCommon.h.
