I have been using IOmeter 2010 on Windows (using FULL Random IO write) and I haven't had any problems.

Attached, a small patch which include 2 workarounds.
Which I found necessary in order to use IOMeter with Full Random Write IO Data Pattern.

Please consider including them in the next upcoming release
or fix in a more orderly fashion
