#2 Add feature to record gaps in disk acces

Occasionally we run tests which cause there
to be gaps in access to our drives during
i/o operations. these gaps can be any
number of different lengths, from 1 second
to a few minutes.

would it be possible to have iometer record
these gaps in the output csv file? like:

Gap in access to drive X: start: xx:xx:xx
end: xx:xx:xx yy seconds

I second this request-

When testing streamming (100% seq) access, some
drives/JBODs/RAIDs will hang for a number of ms or even
seconds. While IOMeter keeps track othe the maximum
response time, it doesn't tell me how often this occured, or
how long the various non-max "gaps" were. This could be
solved by having a "Latency log" that it appends everytime
it updates the Result Display. Then just set "Results
Since" to "Last update" etc...
