#13 Add event viewer logging

I use IOmeter to run several driver based tests. All the
Microsoft OSs I use log there driver errors to the event
viewer.

My problem is that when I automate a test using the
test setup tab and tell it to run x increments I cant tell
what increment was the my failures occured in.

Its then a guessing game to try to figure out what one
of the cycles was the problem so I can properly debug
my driver issues.

It would be much easier if for each cycle IOmeter would
just enter a test began message into the event viewer.

I am unfortunatly not a coder just a user, so I cant
submit this as a fix/update.
