On connection error SQLGetDiagRec and SQLGetDiagField for field SQL_DIAG_MESSAGE_TEXT return the message text truncated.
The last parameter (StringLenghtPtr) return (i think) the correct length but the message doesn't contain this number of characters.

System: Linux x86
ODBC Driver: Firebird
