iocpsock doesn't build on my system against tcl8.4.9. I
think you're system is a bit cutting edge - this small
patch fixes it to build for me.

God, two months later and I just find this.. what up with
auto-notice?

Are you building from the HEAD?? I don't call that stable..
It's in the middle of stuff.. drop down to the last tag
iocpsock-2-0-1 or whatever I called it.

Yeah, the header logic is a bit screwy these days.
Something about DKF getting strict on the engineering guide,
and resulted in hiding tclWinPort.h from external inclusion
eventhough the errorcode defines are required by channel
drivers that use the public APIs. :(
