#9 iom_cg_cold_start not set

It seems that, when you load a previously saved configuration (configured, say, for direct representers), and then select the bi_cg method, the iom_cg_cold_start flag does not get set in the .xml configuration file.

This behavior occurs ~even though the 'cold start' radio-button is on~. So, it seems the GUI presents a state which is not contained in the .xml file.
