#2 My 2cents worth

As I'm considering creating a web based version of this
idea (hence me coming looking round here to find if one
already exists) I have a few ideas worth considering:

1/. A central server which stores the data and clients
which can view/change the data.

2/. A login system, people shouldn't be able to change
each others details, unless they're the receptionist.
Each person should have a login which enables them to
change their own details but not others.

3/. Without logging in everyone should be able to view
the status of everyone.
