Io 0.3 released

Io is a project in development. It aims to be a backend for all kinds of online games, relieving game developers from the task of writing the technical infrastructure needed to support such games.

Release 0.3 is the newest development release of the Io framework. It goes out in the hope that it is sufficiently stable for wider testing, but it is not recommended for production use.
Future releases might not be backwards-compatible with APIs introduced in this release.

This release is mainly targeted at testers, early-adopters and developers that are interested in contributing to this project."
